Executing an order the customer declares to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.
Assembly: All bikes for sale are partially assembled to optimize transport. Some bicycles are assembled other 80% are completely assembled. Although the assembly of bicycles within the reach of an average user experienced Bcycles.it always advisable to seek the assistance of a technician or an expert during assembly.
Not all bikes are equipped with installation manual. Bcycles.it is not responsible for the assembly of bicycles and is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly of bicycles sold on the site.
Prices: The prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) including VAT 21% but exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are billed at the end of the order in addition to selected products. The system will automatically add shipping costs. And 'possible to issue an invoice, in which case please enter your VAT number for invoicing.
Availability: All products ordered indicated as available at our. Warehouse and are usually shipped in 2-10 working days.
In the event that the product you ordered is not available, Bcycles.it will contact customers via e-mail or phone to inform them of the time required for delivery of the product ordered. The availability indicated on the website (if any) are approximate and do not represent in any case, a contractual obligation.
Delivery methods: Products purchased on the site can be delivered throughout Europe EU only. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient and will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
The time required for the delivery are indicative and are subject to change. Customers also remember that couriers running the transport and delivery of goods only on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
Bcycles.it can not be considered as responsible for the consequences caused by any delay in delivery or damage to the goods during the carriage by the courier. Bcycles.it be able to replace the damaged parts just in case the parcel is damaged and the recipient agrees to the subject parcel.
Shipping: The shipping cost is calculated in the cart at the end of the shopping.
Right of withdrawal: Product sales via the Internet are governed by Italian Law Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 regulating the matter of distance, that is done outside of business premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased.
This right is reserved only to natural persons (consumers), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity. To exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent within 10 working days from receipt of goods, items for which you wish to exercise this right. The costs of return of the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the product is not returned intact, namely:
• not have the original box (bikes only)
• the absence of elements of the product (accessories, parts removed, etc)
• damages to the product.
Bcycles.it proceed with the transmission of the re-credit on the cost of goods shipped within 30 working days following the dispatch of the goods by the customer and not before the receipt of goods. Refund will be made exclusively on bank account.
Warranty and approval: Guarantee and homologation: The products sold on our site where explicitly indicated and if required by law are equipped with CE or EN homologation, all products are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 (two) years for production defects , starting from the date of delivery of the product.
For batteries and electrical parts of E-bikes, the warranty period is 12 months unless otherwise indicated in the product description
The extended warranty applies to end users only. Any damage deriving from assembly defects by the customer and/or wear and tear of the components are excluded from the guarantee.
Note: With particular reference to fixing the sprocket to the hub in fixed mode for Flip/Flop wheels, the intervention of an expert is required with a suitable tightening wrench, in case of non-compliant fixing or periodic tightening check there is a risk if the hub is threaded for this reason, the threading of hubs in track mode is excluded from the guarantee.
For individual bicycle components where there are national and local distributors (e.g. Shimano, Miche or Sram components), please refer to the local contact person.
Processing of personal data and privacy:
BCYCLES.it, guarantees the confidentiality of the information and data that have issued at the time of registration. When you place an order, we need your name, address, e-mail address, delivery address and payment information. This information allows us to process and finalize your order and inform you of its progress. Information regarding your purchases allows us to personalize the site and suggest titles that may interest you. We need this information to make an offer, any winnings communicate and monitor the approval rating of our marketing activities. We may also use this information to contact and communicate news on the site, special offers and personalized promotions. Remember that you can exercise at any time and free of the rights granted to you by art. 13, D. Decree 388/2000, including access, modify or delete your data or oppose their use for the purpose of marketing and business communication via the contact form.
Jurisdiction: For each issue or dispute regarding purchases on the site Bcycles.it will apply the Italian law and the court of Pescara (ITALY)
