The Cinelli Tutto Plus Mutant Silver is a high-performance urban track frame designed to adapt to a variety of riding styles, from daily commuting to more sporty or adventure-oriented setups. Its versatility allows it to be ridden as a single-speed, with a geared drivetrain, or as a rugged urban bike ready for any challenge.
Crafted from double-butted Columbus Cromor steel tubing and TIG welding, it offers the ideal balance of strength, durability, and responsiveness. The steel fork with a vintage MTB-style segmented crown ensures stiffness, steering precision, and a classic, characterful aesthetic.
The design includes multiple mounting points for fenders, racks, and accessories, as well as rear derailleur compatibility, expanding your setup options. Thanks to the wide tire clearance, it supports tires up to 700x45 mm, ideal for both urban asphalt and mixed terrain.

The Mutant Silver finish enhances its urban identity with a clean and timeless style, combining functionality, personality and Cinelli's historic design tradition.
